As reported by user, when startup windows have blue screen error 0x24.
This error shows a problem in ntfs.sys file. This is a driver file that is requested to enable your system to R/W to the drives that have the NTFS format.
Resolution
- I use windows CD to run with recovery mode command promt
- run command 'chkdsk youDrive /p /r
- wait for process to finish
- restart
